Nose 7.1/10

Unbroken, I instantly don't get much. It's really airy with a slightly sweet pine air, like walking through a Christmas tree farm right after they finished cutting down a tree, but so light, more like right after the Christmas season. It definitely gets louder on breakup, a waxy smell that would make a good dab or dry browse. Fully broken down it's almost like a milkshake, still really soft, a strawberry gassy with a really musky undertone. I really have to shove my nose into it, and it slowly gets louder as I break more of it down. It's a really sharp fruit, really bright and warm, and it opens the sinuses almost like a mental-esque opening. It reminds me of a peach and strawberry milkshake rosin I had, really tart and sweet in a good way. From the raw nose alone I'd probably pass, since the jars I grab for reviews usually sit pretty loud. Ground, it's still gassy and musky and doesn't lose any nose, but it stays very soft. It's a really sweet peach with a strawberry note that's super sour to my nose, like a bag of sour gummy worms. I wish it was louder, and I only get a soft funk from about half an inch away.

Taste 3.3/10

The first pulls are really airy with a bitter coat, then piney, an earthy pine that's pretty much all I get early. A little funk adds into that pine and earth by the third pull, with both a stain and a coat on the palate and a nice resin line. It burns all right. There's a little fruitiness trying its best, a really bright sweet fruit overtaken by the earthy pine. Around the first third it stays the same, a bitter, really earthy pine, and the fruit hasn't shown up. I get one sweet pull that doesn't stain or coat the mouth. At halfway it gets more earthy and more bitter and starts to get expansive, but the taste is not it, so tart and bitter, everything colliding against itself and leaving a bitter aftertaste. I miss the pine now, which was probably the best part. For one pull it gives a very sweet, rounded, creamy yet soft note, then reverts to that tart, bitter note. I can't pinpoint the fruit because I keep going back and forth between one taste and the other. In the last third it gets sweeter with less tartness on the inhale, and for a second it's nice and sweet with a good creamy layer, like a peach. Then it returns to what it's been most of the joint and pulls hot. The ending pulls are the most stable of the whole smoke, just sweet air. The ash ran grayish, not bone white, with little gray spots between the white, and it burned fine

High 9.2/10

Hit at 8 minutes. It's so light at first, mainly a mental head high with slight pressure on the head and eyes. Around 11 minutes the pressure slowly builds and pulls me down into a more relaxed, sleepy high. The mind slows down a bit and I have to force myself to get the words out, though I can fight it enough to keep up with what I need to do. Back pressure is minimal, with some pressure in the core. Around 15 minutes I get an energy boost that removes the tired high and makes it more of an energetic, cerebral, euphoric, creative, social high. It moves between the two, so catch it early for sedating, or fight it a little and you get a nice creative high. That gives it two use cases, desk smoke and night smoke, and I'd gladly use it as a desk smoke if the flavor was better. No appetite boost. [38 min] it starts go get heavier on the mental pressure & makes it easier to rest again, lay down and enjoy the day. Or take a walk and feel the breeze. It lightens up around [48 min] before [67 min] landed

The flavor disappointed me a lot, especially for a fruit entry, and I barely got any fruit. The nose was interesting and sharp but so weak off the jar that I'd have passed on it, and the smoke sat in earthy pine and a tart, bitter note with only a few sweet pulls. The high is the better part, light at first, then building into a relaxed, sleepy head high with an energy boost around 15 minutes, good for desk or night. Going off flavor alone, this isn't one I'd buy.
